The patented esense 360° drive wheel allows the Rise active patient hoist to manoeuvre in any direction with minimal physical effort. Forward, backward, turning and even sideways: the electric drive support responds intuitively to the user’s movements. Combined with its compact base, this makes the Rise highly manoeuvrable and particularly suitable for use in small and confined spaces.
The Rise is an active patient hoist (sit-to-stand hoist) that supports patients when standing up and moving. This allows patients to use their own strength and mobility, helping support greater independence.
The compact base and short footplate allow the hoist to be positioned close to the patient. The smooth lifting movement and comfortable leg support with a memory foam top layer provide a controlled and comfortable transfer.

The Rise supports ergonomic patient moving and handling with Ergo-feedback and PowerTalk. Ergo-feedback provides an immediate warning when too much force is used while manoeuvring the patient hoist, helping care staff reduce physical strain and support good moving and handling practices in line with UK HSE guidelines. The PowerTalk application provides additional insight into patient hoist usage, including push and pull forces and physical strain during everyday use.
The Rise is designed for smooth and efficient daily transfers. Its compact and manoeuvrable design allows the active patient hoist to be positioned quickly and close to the patient. The smooth lifting movement supports a comfortable transfer without unnecessary steps.
The integrated high-capacity NiMH battery helps keep the Rise ready for daily use.
